It is time to wrap up The Polished Hippy's 2018 Favorites with the final post. This post covers brands starting with letters Q to Z. I will warn you it is photo heavy and not minimalist in the least! Now, these are not all the polishes I loved in 2018, just ones that were reviewed on the blog and I have pictures of. Click the name of the polish in bold to check out my original review!

Quixotic Polish Sweet Dreams Are Made of This is from the February Polish Pickup. The base color is one of my constant favorites, a periwinkle, and the pink shimmer pops so well. I love this soft polish with a kick.
Rise and Shine Cosmetics Jello to the Other Side is from the February Polish Pickup. The strong gold shimmer against a pink base with red freckles is a really unique and fun effect.
Rogue Lacquer Geological Wonder was one of the great hits of the brand this year! This is from the Wilds of Arizona Collection, inspired by natural wonders of the maker's home state. The smoky blue base and fiery red flakes is out of this world!
Sally Hansen Miracle Gel 055 Metro Midnight was from the Sunset Splash Collection. A mainstream doing a super-strong scattered holo? SIGN ME UP! This one was perfectly executed and I wish Sally Hansen would do more of these, especially in permanent shades.
Sassy Pants Polish Pink Velvet Cake was from the February Polish Pickup. The magenta base is lovely and the holo glitters give it so much depth and sparkle!
Sayuri Lacquer Konpeito was from February Polish Pickup. This one is close to my heart because it was inspired by one of my favorite candies! I picked some konpeito up when I went to Japan this past October. I really like matte microglitters and this one was really nice with added gold flakes and holo.
Scofflaw Nail Varnish Space Brownie was from February Polish Pickup. It definitely has a spacey look to it and would make a nice base for a galaxy mani. I love how the shifting shimmer quietly emerges from the base.
Serum No. 5 Cosmic Ray was from the April Polish Pickup. You couldn't have a more effect filled polish! This one is a thermal, a holo, AND, a glow in the dark. It was fun to have all these effect combined at once.
Shinespark Polish Glitchy Schweetzness was from the February Polish Pickup. This listing is bittersweet, as the maker died last year and is terribly missed by the polish community. I got my last package from her the week I learned of her passing. This polish is a classic crelly and definitely brings candy to mind.
Simply Swirls Polish Sweet Tea Sippin' is a superb, glowing copper metallic. It looks like metal on the nails and isn't prone to brushstrokes. Simply Swirls is a new brand off to a strong start!
Smokey Mountain Lacquers Black Raspberry Sorbet was from February Polish Pickup. Kim has rebranded her line Music City Beauty, so keep an eye out for it under that name. This polish perfectly channeled one of my favorite deserts and is a great shade of soft purple.
Starlight Polish Peppermints in the Parlor was from the Feburary Polish Pickup. It absolutely looks like crushed peppermints on your nails! I love these red flakes.
Stella Chroma O, Macaron! was from the Feburary Polish Pickup. This polish is the perfect shade of robin's egg blue and the charcoal flakes give it beautiful interest. I really like macarons, too, so this brings out the cravings!
Supermoon Lacquer From the Left is a former custom that was released as part of the brands 2-Year Anniversary Shenanigans. Wow does this have a glow to it! Normally I have to tone down rich blues like this in my photos to make them actually color accurate, but this polish really does look this vibrant in person! That is quite a rare quality for this color family.
Supernatural Lacquer Mercury in Retrograde was from the April Polish Pickup. Talk about a glowing red! It has all the elements I love - holo, multichrome, flakes, you name it! So rich and pretty.
The Lady Varnishes Turkish D'Lightspeed was from the February Polish Pickup. This was one of the softest and prettiest polishes in the release - it has an ethereal glow. And it was also scented!
Tonic Polish Antarctic was from the debut release of the Polish Palette. This was one of the most sparkly holos I wore this year and it had a ton of interesting shifts. I am partial to gray bases with bright flashes of color.
Top Shelf Lacquer With Visions of Sugarplums was from the February Polish Pickup. I like these deep shades with flakes and the holo pop really brought it to life!
Turtle Tootsie Polishes Stellar was from the Seasonal Indie Box Winter 2018. Complex shimmers are a finish I always enjoy and the pops of deep blue in this one are fun and unexpected.
Voyage PolishPak 17 Cape Town is a brand-new polish line from the maker of polish storage rolls! This has been an amazing debut and I really loved this flashy multichrome with tiny metallic flakes. I can't wait to see more!
What Addiction Polish Appeal to Me was from the Speckle My Fancy Collection. What Addiction is another new brand off to a smashing start! I love the bright dots of microglitter in a beautiful purple base.
Wildflower Lacquer Royla was a charity polish for Alzheimer's Awareness. This beautiful polish paid tribute to the maker's grandmother with an amazing holo and flake foil. It really shines strong and bright.
Zoya ZP968 Astrid was from the Jubilee Collection. This strong gold foil also has flashes of color shift and makes your nails look gilded! It is a pretty rare finish from Zoya and I hope they do more!
That concludes my 2018 Favorites! I hope you enjoyed this colossal year-in-review of the amazing polishes I featured on the blog in the last year. These posts always renew my passion for polish and I really look forward to seeing what we have in store for 2019. Are there any favorites that we shared?
