Seventy-Seven Nail Lacquer Live Love Neon Collection, part 1

Seventy-Seven Nail Lacquer has just released a set of polishes, the Live Love Neon Collection. I have the first three up for you today! (Part 2 is here.) Check them out after the break...

First I'll start off with some general notes as the formulas were all similar on these. They are very smooth and easy to use, with a jelly, translucent quality typical of neons. I chose to wear them on their own, without white undies in four thin coats. They are not quick drying, but rather intermediate, and they do self level. Used top coat for these pictures and recommend drying drops to seal the whole mani together.

Dragon Fire is a Byzantine purple neon jelly. This one is a great shade for purple lovers and looks warm.

Jackson is a Brandeis blue neon jelly - this is a bit darker and richer than some other blue neons I have seen, with a little bit more green undertone, which was hard to capture in the pictures. I love it!

Kicker is a neon orange jelly that is considerably brighter than can be captured on the computer screen. It is a smack-you-in-your face neon! Definitely a traffic cone shade.

Overall, these are really great neons. And I have to say I am head over heels for the holo bottle labels, especially over these bright polishes. These are priced at $49.99 for a set of all six and  $10 each for full sizes. There is currently a weekend sale for 10% off with code WEEKENDSPREEI'll be back with three more tomorrow, so stay tuned!
