Lilypad Lacquer Swatches and Review

Today's blog post highlights three beautiful and complex neutral polishes from Lilypad Lacquer. I placed a large order from Psyche's Beau on the opening day and Phuong was sweet to include these three minis as gifts! I have been a fan of Lilypad Lacquer for years and polishes like these are just the reason why!

Lilypad Lacquer Cool Suede is a deep red-toned brown with blue-to-magenta duochrome shimmer and strong scattered holo. It covers in two or three thin coats and has a silky-smooth formula that dries quickly. Total perfection! This polish is available at Psyche's Beau in full size.

Lilypad Lacquer Herbs and Spice is a pewter strong scattered holo with gold-to-blue duochrome microflakes and red-green multichrome microglitter. This covers in two or three thin coats and is perfectly smooth, even without top coat. This is a real chameleon polish and will look different various lighting - the silvery look comes to the fore in bright lights and the gold glows in dimmer lighting. It is also quick-drying. This is available at Psyche's Beau. 

Lilypad Lacquer Sweet As Sugar has scattered holo, pink-to-gold duochrome microflakes, and green-to-indigo multichrome iridescent flakes in a clear base. It can be worn as a regular polish or as a topper. I wore it in four thin coats and it had a nice formula. Psyche's Beau does not currently carry this polish.

I am a huge fan of neutral-toned polishes, especially if they have special effects to them, so this trio was right up my alley! They all have my favorite kind of super-smooth Lilypad Lacquer formula to boot!
