Vapid Lacquer's The Element of Neon Collection came out earlier this summer and is restocking today, so it's a great time to have another look! I will have three posts to cover the nine shades. Part 2 is here and part 3 is here. There are a selection of beautiful neons as well as a mega silver holo and rich blue. Let's get started...

Boiling Point 246.048°C mentions the boiling point (below zero) of the element neon, at which point it turns from a liquid to a gas. This polish is a scattered holo neon purple. Similar in formula to Atomic # 10, shown here with top coat.
Cryogenic Refrigerant is a mega-mega linear silver holo! It is just brilliant and has a wonderful formula, quick drying and smooth. I wore it in four thin coats here for maximum bling but it is pretty opaque in two thicker ones. It is too intense to really work as a holo top coat, but might function great as a base with some syrup or jelly polishes for nail art. The name of the polish describes the use of certain elemental gases, such as helium or neon as super-cooling fluids.
I loved all of these and can't wait to show you the next set! I'm especially in love with Cryogenic Refrigerant of course because it has all the bling and makes me happy. Those of you have known me for a while realize I am a huge fan of Vapid Lacquer and this well executed collection once again reminds me why. Stay tuned with two more posts! You can visit part 2 here and part 3 here.
