I'm back with the neon holos from The Polish Bar's Late Summer 2015 Collection. (If you missed the crelly glitters from the collection you can see them here.) While we have seen a lot of neon holos this summer, these have a few interesting effects that make them special! The formulas were universally smooth and they have a plush, jelly effect, with additional larger holo particles in both silver and gold that make them extra sparkly! Check them out in detail after the break...

Bora Bora is a neon purple jelly scattered holo with tiny gold holographic shimmers. I wore it in four thin coats but two to three would suffice.
Lanikai is a neon pink scattered holo with tiny gold holo shimmers and blue shimmer flakes that shift to violet. It is amazing! I wore it again in four thin coats but it didn't need that many - this one was a bit more opaque and less jelly-like generally because of the blue shimmer.
Maldives is a neon blue jelly scattered holo with larger silver holo shimmers. I wore this in four thin coats, but two to three are fine. I loved how plush and juicy it looked! It was really smooth and plump.
Seychelles is a neon green jelly scattered holo with gold shimmer and tiny gold holo particles. Like Lanikai, it was a bit more opaque and less jelly-like, but I would still call it a jelly.
This is a nicely edited selection of neon holos and I can say across the board, the formula was excellent and easy to control. I recommend if they are layered in greater number of coats like I did that you use very thin coats and allow complete dry time for each. This allows the plush, jelly effect to really come to the forefront. As with most neons, they do dry satin or matte and they are shown here with top coat since that is how I generally prefer to wear neons. If you haven't seen the crelly glitters from the same collection you can check them out here.
Do you see any you like? Plan to keep wearing your neons through the fall? I certainly do!
