Pretty Beautiful Unlimited Polish Pickup I Love the 80s! May 2019

Pretty Beautiful Unlimited Popples Make Great Pillows is a cobalt blue (cool) to white (warm) jelly thermal with silver holo microglitter and matte neon glitter in a variety of shapes. I wore it in four thin coats and it had a fast dry time, with some texture. It tends to rest in an intermediate state between the two colors for me.

Inspiration: The Popples

Price: $10

110 bottles available

I love the richness of the blue on this Pretty Beautiful Unlimited Shade and the glitter combo is so fun.
