It's almost time for another Polish Pickup! For September 2018, the theme is Horror Movies, and the shop will be open from Friday, September 7 at 11AM EDT to Monday, September 10 at 11:59 PM EDT. The Polish Pickup is a Facebook group and pop-up shop that offers monthly pre-orders of indie polish made to themes voted on by members of the group. Anchor & Heart Lacquer Pale Man is a blush-tan jelly with gold shimmer, red-to-gold multichrome flakes, orange-to-gold duochrome iridescent microglitter, gold and gray microflakes, holo shimmer, and black microglitters. I wore this in four thin coats, but fewer will do. Because it is a jelly, it will take on some of the color of your nail bed. It has a great formula with quick dry time and is smooth to the touch.

(one of my all time favorite movies!) Guillermo del Toro tells a dark yet hauntingly beautiful story in Pan's Labyrinth. "Pale Man" is inspired by the child eating monster of the same name, and if you don't know what he looks like, I challenge you to look him up!
