Heather put together a purple-themed mood board with moons and stars to showcase the ideas behind the polish this month.
Heather's Hues The Moon & The Stars is a royal purple jelly with scattered holo shimmer, microflakes, and microglitter, pink-to-gold multichrome shimmer, blue-to-aqua duochrome flakes, and iridscent violet-to-pink microflakes. I wore it in three thin coats and it had a perfect, quick drying formula. Even with the glitters, it dries pretty smooth and you only need one layer of top coat to make it shine. Likewise, there is not struggle to remove it. The glow is magical here!
