Powder Perfect The Midlands Collection Swatches and Review

Powder Perfect's Midlands Collection, inspired by Robin Hood, launched last Spring and is now on sale on both the US and Australian stores. I did this review last year and was horrified when I went to check out the sale I realized that in the midst of a busy conference I had forgotten to push the post live! I apologize for my tardiness and hope that you can pick up a few of these for a great deal!

Maid Marian is an absolute stunner that features magenta to gold duochrome microflakes in a dark gray jelly base. I am wearing it in four thin coats, but two or three will work for most people. Perfect formula and a gorgeous effect.

Nottingham is a navy blue scattered holo. This is ultra opaque - I wore it in two thin coats but one might be enough. Great formula and quick dry time. I dries shinny on its own.

Robin Hood is a Bangladesh green creme worn here in two thin coats, but one might be enough. It has a nice, smooth formula.

Watchful Nights is an imperial purple creme jelly, worn here in three coats, though two will do. Great, shiny formula. I recommend thin coats as any bubbling will show through since it is a jelly.
