Octopus Party Nail Lacquer Summer 2015 Collection, part 2

It's alllllmost time for a restock of Octopus Party Nail Lacquer's Summer 2015 Collection! I showed you two of the shades a while back and here are three more. All of them have fantastic performance so let's check them out after the break!

Piece of Caicos is a pale turquoise linear holo jelly with flashes of green-to-indigo Nfu Oh style flakes. The flakes won't pop up everywhere but are subtle and magical when they do. I wore it in four thin coats but two to three would be enough. Perfect, quick-drying formula.

Krait and Barrel is a linear black holo that is opaque in one to two thin coats. Spectacular formula! There is a nice balance between the holo and keeping the dark tone and opacity.

King Conch is a peach linear holo jelly. There was some debate in the OPNL Facebook fan group about whether this is an orange or a neutral. I'd say it depends on your skintone. I have ultra-yellow-toned pale skin and it definitely read as a neutral, almost nude, on me. It is just a lovely, subtle shade on warm skin tones, but would also work on cooler tones, but the pink and orange qualities would be more obvious. I wore it with four thin coats, but three would do. It is less opaque than the other two shades, so it could also be worn as a holo top coat over a similar color.

I'll be back with the last three shades in the collection soon! If you missed part one, you can find it here. The restock is on Saturday, July 11 at 11AM EDT! King Conch will be a pre-order, but Krait and Barrel and Piece of Caicos are a simple restock with around 30 bottles each, so best be there promptly if those shades are on your list.

OPNL is made by Dave in Connecticut.  The hard-partying octopus is his avatar.
