Starlight Polish Snow Day 2020 is a clear polish with blue-to-purple shimmer and microflakes and clear holo microglitters. I wore it in four coats on its own and in one coat over the brand's polish for December 2020 Polish Pickup, called Toxic. It dries quickly with a little dullness and texture, so it needs top coat to shine.
