I'm back with more polishes from the Supermoon Lacquer release! This is the 2019 Bias Birthday Duo and a stand-alone limited edition polish inspired by a BTS concert experience and a dear friend of maker Mardi. If you missed it, I have the main collection, We Are Bulletproof: Wings Edition here. In case you are not familiar with the term bias as used in K-pop - it is your favorite musician. Mardi's favorite in BTS is Yoongyi, whose birthday is March 9. Let's check them out!

Supermoon Lacquer Never Mind is a blue-mint holo with green-to-blue multichrome pigment, teal-to-aqua color shifting aurora pigment, green-to-blue color shifting shimmer, turquoise shimmer, green sparks, and iridescent teal/blue microglitter. It covered in two thin coats and had a great formula, perfectly smooth when dry. This is one of the 2019 Bias Birthday Duo.
Inspired by Yoongi's iconic mint colored hair that he sported in the music video for Run, the title track from BTS's 2015 EP The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 2, as well as the promotions and live performances during that era. Supermoon Lacquer #SOPE is a red-violet based purple-to-red multichrome filled with matching color shifting aurora pigment, violet-to-gold color shifting shimmer, violet sparks, and purple pearl microflakies. It will cover in one or two thin coats and is slightly thicker than the other polishes, but perfectly manageable. It dries quickly and smoothly. This is the Limited Edition.
Dedicated to Emily K.-H. as a small way of saying 'thanks' for taking me to see BTS's Love Yourself Tour on September 15th, 2018. Not only did she fly to Texas from Georgia for someone she'd never met in real life before, but she also rented a car to get us to and from the venue, stood in line with me outside for 5 or so hours for the chance at snagging some concert merch, helped get me through 4-5 panic attacks, and drove us to my house afterwards with me passed out in the passenger seat. Her bias is Hoseok (or Hobi) and mine is Yoongi (she's the Hobi to my Yoongi and vice versa) and their sub-unit/ship/pairing name is SOPE - Suga (Yoongi's stage name) + J-Hope (Hobi's stage name).
