Lakur Enhanced Colour by Londontown Summer 2018 Collection Partial Swatches and Review

Today I have four polishes from Lakur Enhanced Color by Londontown to show you from the Summer 2018 Collection! There are some nice work-safe neutrals in here and I love these kind of polishes for a palate cleanser from my usual bright or vampy shades. Let's check them out!

The brand sent along the Kur Fortifying Ridge Filler and Protective Top Coat as well. The Protective Top Coat was already one of my favorites since it is quick-drying and really seems to extend the life of my manis. I have even gotten a mani to last more than a week with it, which is a miracle for me since my bendy nails mean most last only a few days. The Fortifying Ridge Filler dries matte and has a medium to quick dry time, so it also can be worn on its own. I had good wear time when I wore it under other polishes as well.

Since it has a kind of milky look to it I thought I would try the Kur Fortifying Ridge Filler as a full mani with top coat. I used four thin coats and the Protective Top Coat for a gel-like, shiny look. It dries much more clear than it looks in the bottle, but still softened the look of some of my nail imperfections, though you could still see that the tips of my nails are stained from regular nail polish. This would be a great way to have your nails look groomed and finished without a colored polish.

Lakur Enhanced Colour by Londontown Briolette is a pale, soft gray-tinged lavender with subtle violet shimmer. This was a bit streaky and I needed three thin coats to get coverage. It has a medium dry time.

Lakur Enhanced Colour by Londontown Chimes of the City is a dark tan creme. This dried quickly and had a great formula, that I wore in two thin coats. This will be a nude polish on medium skin tones.

Lakur Enhanced Colour by Londontown Lovely Jubbly is a pale peach with subtle silver shimmer. I wore it in three thin coats, but two might do, and it had a medium-to-fast dry time.

Finally, the absolute highlight of this set for me! Lakur Enhanced Colour by Londontown Opal is a pale lavender-gray with red and duochrome blue-to-pink shimmer. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will do, and it has a quick dry time. This polish is just magical on the nails - it has a slightly speckled finish and the shift is so fun in dim lighting.

Each of the polishes is priced at $16 and the Fortifying Ridge Filler and Protective Top Coat are $18, a price drop from when I first tried the Top Coat, which is appreciated. As I said before, the Protective Top Coat is one of the longest lasting top coats I have ever used, so it is worth every penny when you really need a mani to last. Also, I reviewed the Instant Smudge Fix and four other shades by Londontown two years ago and they are all still available, so check out my other review here. Londontown offers free shipping on orders of $30 or more, and also has a coupon code for 20% off for new customers, which is a great reason to place an order! The brand is also available through Ulta if you prefer to shop there for points. I just was inspired to pick up a few shifty, vampy Londontown polishes that I've had my eye on, Londinum, Pass the Port, Cockney Glam, and Skyline Reflect. And you have on your wishlist?
