Weeee! It's time for more Polish Pickup, in this case Heather's Hues polish and delicious WiTS Lotion. Polish Pickup is a Facebook group and pop up shop that involves indie polish and craft makers producing items based on themes voted in by the group. This time the inspiration is the 1990s! The products are available for a pre-order, this time from May 4 to 7. Let's have a look!

Heather's Hues Diggin' the Scene is a blue-black jelly with green-to-purple multichrome shimmer, multichrome and iridescent flakes, and multichrome microglitters in green, blue, and purple. I wore it in three thin coats. It has a great formula and dries pretty smooth, even with the glitters and flakes.
Here's a word on the inspiration:
This polish was inspired by TLC. I chose TLC because their cassette tape (and later in the decade, their CD) was one of the few I owned and listened to over and over again. Their music, clothes, and attitudes were crazy, sexy, and cool...pretty much everything I wanted to be at the awkward ages I was during the 90's. They accomplished so many things despite mistakes and showed me that even girls could achieve their dreams. Oh, and how awesome is it that they're still the best-selling American girl group??

Heather's Hues 90s Hair Scented WiTS (What is this Sorcery) Lotion is a wonderfully scented, moisturizing lotion. It is inspired by Herbal Essences hair products (apple, lily, and rose) - I love it! I will definitely be getting the full size of this (this is a sample container shown here).
WITS Lotion creamy body lotion contains avocado oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, babassu oil, jojoba oil, oat extract oil, buckthorn extract, kukui nut oil, chia seed oil, vitamin E, vegetable glycerin, BTMS-50 (emulsifying wax), stearic acid, shea butter, aloe vera, distilled water, and Optiphen (preservative).
