Great Lakes Lacquer Hella Handmade Creations May 2018 Release Swatches and Review

This shop has evolved from a monthly custom format out of the Facebook group Hella Handmade Creations to a monthly pre-order based on themes that the makers follow for four months. First a little more about the themes for this month's pre-order, which is active now until May 21 at 11:59PM Hawaii Standard Time. Here's a message from the team:

As many of you are aware we have decided to venture into something new in HHC. This month we are rolling into our second month of our new series/theme adventures! What does that look like?

Each brand featured in HHC has signed up for a minimum of 4 months and chosen a theme/series they will follow over the next few months. Each brand will make 1 polish per month inspired by their chosen theme/series.

Great Lakes Lacquer You Shall Not Pass is Gandalf the Grey in polish form! It is an ash gray jelly with holo shimmer, orange-to-gold duochrome shimmer, and red-to-green multichrome iridescent flakes. I wore it in three thin coats for maximum depth. It is a quick-drying polish with a good formula.
