Literary Lacquers has a new pair of polishes that just released today - the Faulkner Duo is comprised of a lovely creme and a glitter with clear base that can be used on its own or as a topper. I have more about the inspiration ahead...

The polishes are inspired by the William Faulkner short story A Rose for Emily. This is a macabre tale, quite appropriate for Halloween! The glitter in this set is named for what Emily asked of the chemist - "the best you have" - in poison!
Literary Lacquers A Rose for Emily is a tango pink creme that covers in two thin coats and dries shiny and fast. This has a fantastic formula and is very flattering on my warm, pale skin tone.
This is Literary Lacquers The Best You Have shown in a single coat over A Rose for Emily. It has matte gray, metallic navy, holo orange, and holo black hex glitters, as well as transparent holo microglitters, in a clear base. There was no issue getting plenty of glitter out.
This is Literary Lacquer The Best You Have on its own in three coats. It has quite a bit of texture on its own.
These polishes are available now in the Literary Lacquers shop for $10 each. Other shades restocked this month are:
Sweet Lenore
Soul Within Me Burning
And This Mystery Explore
Mirror of Galadriel
Attic Mice
Sherlock
Irene
Sensible Rabbit
Lestat
Louis
Are you a Faulkner fan? To these tempt you?
