Smokey Mountain Lacquers October 2017 Collaboration Polish Swatches and Review

I am really excited to share the Smokey Mountain Lacquers October 2017 Collaboration Polish, especially since it was one I got to create with Kim! This will be a series where folks get to work with her to bring their visions to life. For this month, I specifically wanted to channel trick or treating under a crisp fall sky. I have so many wonderful memories of this as a child growing up in Minnesota. Halloween was my favorite holiday!

Smokey Mountain Lacquers Trick or Treating Under the Stars

Smokey Mountain Lacquers Trick or Treating Under the Stars is a blue-black jelly with holo microflakes and red-to-green multichrome flakes. I wore it in four thin coats but three might do - this is a jelly to allow for an effect of depth and the look of the night sky. You could also layer it over a blue or black base. It has a medium dry time and dries shiny. The holo flakes represent stars and the multichrome flakes the flashes of color in the fall leaves and street lamps. I am in love!

I am super happy with Smokey Mountain Lacquers Trick or Treating Under the Stars and it was a pleasure to work with Kim - she channeled my inspiration perfectly! This polish will be available on October 7, 7PM CDT, along with the new World of Pandora Collection. How do you like this polish? Did you trick or treat as a kid?
