Today I'd like to share a lovely Glam Polish whose purchase will fund a AUD$7 donation to the Alopecia Areata Foundation of Australia to buy wigs for children and educate against bullying. Information and Facts About Alopecia
There are over half a million Australians and around 6.5 million americans living with Alopecia - a condition where people lose their hair from all areas of the body including the scalp, for which there is currently no known cure.
Approximately 60% of people diagnosed are under the age of 20, and for children especially, hair loss can have a negative impact on their self-esteem, which in many cases is linked to anxiety, depression, impaired academic performance and lack of social inclusion.
