"Hope" Is the Thing with Feathers  is a lavender linear holo shimmer with blue microflakes. It has a gorgeous, smooth formula with nice linear flash. I am wearing it here in three thin coats, but two will do for most. It is inspired by the poem of the same title by Emily Dickinson.

The Happy Prince is an Kashmir sapphire indigo jelly with with magenta-to-gold multichrome flakes and microflakes and translucent holographic microglitters. I am wearing it in three thin coats, but again, two are enough. It has a bit of texture due to the glitter and flakes, but can be smoothed with top coat. It was co-created with the lovely Jennifer of Musings of the Wife of a Jedi to celebrate her 5th blog anniversary. Happy blogaversary, Jennifer! She chose a blue because sapphire is the 5th anniversary gem, and the base shade is a match for the Kashmir sapphire. The literary inspiration is the poem The Happy Prince by Oscar Wilde, whose title character is a statue with sapphires for eyes.

Additional shades offered this month include the Othello Duo which I reviewed earlier and four shades from the Creme a la Mode Box. Cyan-tifically Proven is a cyan creme with a gorgeous two-coat formula, shown here. The other shades are Bluestocking Romance, a dusty navy blue, Breathing Demons Like Air, a gray-lavender, and Salmon Chanted Evening, a salmon shade.
