Pretty & Polished January 2015 holographics

Pretty & Polished has release three new holographic polishes and re-released an old classic this January. They are lovely, classic shades - check them out after the break...

Lean Mean Aquamarine is an aquamarine shimmer with subtle holographic shimmer. I wore this with three thin coats. Nice, quick-dry formula.

Rust Have Red is a burgundy-leaning holographic take on the Pantone color of the year, marsala. This one is a glowy polish with great formula that I wore in three thin coats. This is a really wearable color that will look great on both warm and cool skin tones.

Sea Spray was originally released at the beginning of 2013 and is now back in the shop. These swatches show the polish I bought two years ago, which is still going strong. I rarely wear a polish for more than one day, but this was an exception. I could not bear to take it off! Perfect formula, opaque in about two coats, but I wore it with four thin coats for maximum depth. This polish does not stain, but it highly pigmented, so I recommend slathering your fingertips with Vaseline before removing to keep it out of any dry skin.

Travelin' Down Dusty Rose is a subtle linear, mauve-pink holographic. I wore this with three thin coats. It does not self-level as well as the other colors so careful application is advisable. It looks like a plain creme in dimmer light and the holo comes out to play in bright light. Very wearable and versatile.

This set of polishes are great for fans of more subtle holos, which combined with the classic shades, makes for some really nice additions to the line.
