Great Lakes Lacquer There Is Joy In Sadness is a butter yellow jelly with aqua-blue-purple multichrome iridescent shimmer. I wore it in four thin coats and it remained sheer. This is not one that is going to be able to build to opacity on its own, so if you want it opaque, try layering it over a white or light yellow creme. It has a medium dry time and the shimmer is over-the-top glowing!
