Music City Beauty Lapis Lazuli has silver, sapphire, and navy holo microglitters in a clear base. It has a good, quick-drying formula, spreads easily without clumping, and covers in two or three coats. I wore it with peel-off base coat and a couple layers of top coat for a smooth finish.
