Pretty Beautiful Unlimited Spellcaster is a light navy blue jelly with aqua-blue-indigo multichrome iridescent crystal microflakes, blue metallic microflakes, white glitters in various sizes, and blue reflective particles. I wore it in four thin coats, but two or three will cover. It has a great formula and quick dry time. It needs top coat for smoothness and shine.
