Octopus Party Nail Lacquer Neon Sin Duo II Swatches and Review

Octopus Party Nail Lacquer has a pre-order open now for the Neon Sin Duo II  in the Facebook group The Octosquad. Each is priced at $15 and the pre-order is open through August 24 at 10PM EDT. The inspiration of this duo is once again Tokyo, and its darker side. These polishes are tributes to some of the seedier areas of the city.

Octopus Party Nail Lacquer Kanda is a deep midnight blue with blue-to-red multichrome shimmer. I wore it in four thin coats, but two or three will cover, and it had a perfect, quick-drying formula that was on the thinner side. I adore this polish - it truly reminds me of a city at night with the gloaming of artificial light. The multichrome effect is subtle and sophisticated. 

Octopus Party Nail Lacquer Mejiro is a blackened purple with blue-violet-pink-red-green multichrome shimmer. I also wore this in four thin coats, but two or three will cover. The consistency is thin and it had a great quick-drying formula. The multichrome is a bit more present in this one and it is brighter and shiftier.
