Hope you are all are doing alright! I have a new collection from Bee's Knees Lacquer to show you today - the Crescent City Collection Part 1! This features mainly sheer or jelly multichromes that you can wear on their own or layer over each other or over base shades. The brand is also introducing two new jelly neutrals, one with a pink undertone, and one a warmer beige. They are available now in a capped pre-order. First of all, I will start off with some general information, because the formula and idea behind these are similar. Three are more opaque on their own, and the rest are definitely sheer jelly type polishes that will show whatever you have on underneath, whether it be bare nail or a base color. I wore all of them in four thin coats for consistency, but a couple, Alphahole and Umbra Mortis could be opaque in two or three depending on your coat thickness. All of them had a medium-fast dry time. These have a type of shimmer that definitely works best with very thin coats and letting them dry between - I've noticed iridescent shimmers like this (regardless of brand) can be prone to bubbling if you use thicker coats, if you use a slow-drying base with treatment oils, or if your hands are very warm. Have patience for the best and most shimmery effect! And I apologize for all my nail damage - I've had a lot of issues with white spots on my nails for the last year.
Bee's Knees Lacquer Alphahole is a turquoise jelly with pink-to-gold multichrome shimmer.

Bee's Knees Lacquer Lele is a sheer coral jelly with pink-to-gold multichrome shimmer. Note that this shade gave me some pink staining. It wasn't super-noticeable, but it did last a few days. If that bothers you, make sure you use a stain blocking base and a base shade.
