Octopus Party Nail Lacquer Lilith is a queen pink foil jelly with pink-to-gold duochrome microflakes, scattered holo shimmer, and the smallest red microglitters. I wore it in four thin coats, but two or three thicker coats will cover. It can also be used as a topper in one thin coat. The dry time is quick and it has a little texture that smooths out with top coat.
