Supermoon Lacquer 2-Year Anniversary Shenanigans Special Re-releases Swatches and Review Part 1

Supermoon Lacquer is about to turn two! It seems hard to believe, but sure enough! I have been hooked since the first collection released. Starting Friday, July 13 at 6PM CDT until July 27 at 11:59PM CDT you will be able to pre-order over 60 previously retired shades, collaboration polishes, customer customs, and there will be two new anniversary shades and a group custom for The Howling Boutique's Wolf Pack on Facebook! I am dying over here at all the marvelousness and can't wait to grab the new shades. Let's get started by looking at three that will be coming back from the vault (and yikes! will get you prepped for fall!)

Supermoon Lacquer 2-Year Anniversary Shenanigans Special Re-releases

Supernatural Lacquer Autumnatic Shift is an olive green with strong green-to-red multichrome shift. This had a beautiful one-to-two coat formula that dried quickly, self-leveled and was smooth. This was originally part of the Fallstivities Collaboration Box from November 2016.

Supermoon Lacquer Don't Fox with Me is a green-black scattered holo with pink-to-green multichrome shift and very fine holo microglitter. It also has a great, fast-drying, super opaque formula. This was just one coat on me and the holo didn't hide. This was originally a custom for the darling Jasmyn at The Painted Fox Diaries.

Supermoon Lacquer Fallen Leaves is a deep red-brown linear holo with red-to-green multichrome shimmer. It has the same, super-nice, opaque formula and I wore it with one thin coat! This originally had been voted on for consideration in The Chosen Collection, but didn't make the final cut. So glad Mardi decided to bring it back.

For Supermoon Lacquer's 2-Year Anniversary Shenanigans, starting Friday, July 13 at 6PM CDT until July 27 at 11:59PM CDT you will be able to pre-order over 60 previously retired shades, collaboration polishes, customer customs, and there will be two new anniversary shades and a group custom for The Howling Boutique's Wolf Pack on Facebook! Turnaround time will be six to eight weeks from the end of the pre-order. I love how Mardi's polishes keep getting better and better, but that she has a style that is instantly recognizable and has been present since day one. I will always consider Supermoons as my go-to for complex vampy holos with shifty effects. Also, these are so opaque, yet smooth, so they make fantastic stamping polishes. What's not to like? Stay tuned for more!
