Celestial Cosmetics Aussie Indie Con Exclusives Swatches and Review

Last month was the first ever Aussie Indie Con in Sydney - Celestial Cosmetics was there to great fans and sell polish along with many of our favorite Australian indie makers. There were two exclusive polishes that are now available as overpours only to the Celestial's Stars facebook group. Members have until July 11 to put their requests in for the extra bottles to don't hesitate to join if you want these!

Celestial Cosmetics Cockle Bay is a sea blue with green shimmer, holographic microglitter and gold flakes. It covers nicely in two or three thin coats and dries quickly. Due to the glitter, it has texture on its own but one coat of top coat smoothed it for me.

Celestial Cosmetics The Hungry Mile is a plum purple jelly with blue shimmer and silver flakes. I wore mine in three thin coats to get the most depth from the layering of the flakes - it will appear a bit lighter and warmer with fewer coats. This had a medium dry time and a smooth formula - there was no texture from the flakes.

If you like these, be sure to join the Celestial's Stars facebook group for the overpour sign up before July 11! it is a fun group and you won't be sorry to be there. I love both colors and it was a treat to wear them. Do you have a preference?

Celestial Cosmetics is made by Nicki in Port Noarlunga, South Australia. The line not only includes beautifully crafted holos, shimmers, cremes, and glitters, but stamping polishes.
