Cherry Best Friends is a cherry linear holo with gold shimmer. It absolutely glows and is beautifully opaque in only one or two thin coats. Due to the pigment richness, I recommend careful cleanup and moisturizing before removal as it will cling to dry skin but does not stain the nail.

I have my own Christmas tradition now where we spend every Christmas Eve with my best friend and our families. It’s like the official start to Christmas. My best friend is lucky enough to have a mother-in-law who is an amazing cook. We have a weakness for shortbread so every year my best friend gifts us a tin of shortbread made by her mother-in-law, topped with pieces of cherry. This is a super glowy bright red holo with gold flecks throughout.

Childhood Wonder is a silver holo foil with red and green holo microglitters. It dries with a little texture but can be smoothed out with top coat. It covers in two or three thin coats.

When I was little our Christmas tree was made of silver tinsel and we always had a very traditional theme. I can still remember just how exciting it was to put the tree up each year. This has a holo like base with silver flakies, emerald green and red metallic glitter and iridescent glitter that moves through gold, green, and red.

Christmas Eve Magic is a midnight blue with holo microflakes and shimmer. This one is absolutely stunning, with a lot of depth and sparkle, as well as smooth formula and quick dry time. It is very pigmented and covers in one or two thin coats. Due to this, careful polishing and moisturizing before removal is recommended. It does not stain the nail but will cling to dry skin flakes.

Family Traditions is a scattered coral holo with gold and pink microflakes. Nice, quick-drying formula. I am wearing it in three thin coats, but two would work.

In joining my husband’s family at Christmas, I remember being very surprised that they had prawn (shrimp) cocktails as part of their Christmas lunch. We never had anything for lunch other than the traditional Christmas food. This was my first introduction into another’s traditions. This has photographed as red but it is a deep coral holo with gold flecks throughout.

Grown Up Christmas Tree is a olive green jelly with multichrome flakes and gold holo microglitters, worn here in four thin coats, but two or three will do. Due to the flakes, it needs top coat to be perfectly smooth.

Now as a grownup we have a huge Christmas tree that I just love to decorate. I adore Christmas trees so it’s like a child’s dream come true to have my own enormous tree J. This has a dark green jelly base packed full of gold, green, fuchsia, purple, blue, lime green and pink Ultra chrome Chameleon flakies.

Nan's Copper is a copper metallic linear holo. This has a beautiful formula that covers in one or two thin coats.

My husband’s mother and Nan used to make the Christmas puddings down in the garage in an old copper. This is a copper linear holo, much more copper like in real life (I kept matching it to my copper pipes in making it).

Pavlova Roll is a dark berry with holo microflakes. It has a gorgeous formula and rich appearance. It is worn here in two thin coats.

One of my favourite desserts at Christmas is Pavlova roll. All of that marshmallow goodness wrapped around cream and fresh raspberries. Yum. Rod’s eldest sister introduced me to the Pavlova rolls are hers are the best I’ve ever had. She is no longer with us but Pavlova roll will always be a part of my Christmas memories. This is a dark berry pink/red jelly with holo flakies.

Zibibbo is a silver and gold holo glitter and shimmer combo, worn here in three thin coats, but two will do. It covers really well and needs top coat for a perfectly smooth finish due to the microglitter.

My favourite sparkling wine also introduced to me by my sister in law. Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without Zibibbo. This is so much more than the photo shows and would make a fantastic New Years Eve sparkler. It has a holo base with ultra holographic glitter in gold and silver. A super sparkler that dances on your nails.

I love how Theresa shared her personal experiences with us for this lovely collection. It feels truly celebratory. There are a nice variety of finishes and each one has a nice, quick-drying formula. My personal favorites are Cherry Best Friends, Christmas Eve Magic, and Pavlova Roll, as I can never get enough of glowing, vampy shades. See any that you want to take home?
