Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Lily of My Dreams for the PCOS Awareness Foundation, Swatches and Review

I have a beautiful polish for a beautiful cause today! Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer is releasing Lily of My Dreams, an adorable neon, to benefit the PCOS Awareness Association on Wednesday, April 27 at 3:30EDT. The polish is a tribute to the miracle daughter of a friend affected by the disease. Let's check it out!

Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Lily of My Dreams

Lily of My Dreams is a neon amaranth with blue microflakes. I am wearing it here in three thin coats with topcoat (it dries satin). Two coats would definitely do for most. This had a beautiful formula and wore nicely - I had it on for two days.

So what is PCOS? Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is a common endocrine disorder that affects fertility, menstrual periods, hormones, weight, and increases the risks of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Many women with this syndrome experience few periods and have difficulty conceiving. Lily of My Dreams is a tribute to a dearly wished-for daughter who was born in spite of her mother's PCOS, and it is available as a mini (since it is in honor of a baby!) for $5, with all proceeds going to the PCOS Awareness Association. Thank you Julie, for your kind generosity! Hope you all like this sweet pink neon and pick one up!
