The First Gift of Christmas Collaboration Box Swatches and Review

The season is approaching for snatching up wonderful gifts for others (and yourself) and I have something to show you that might fit the bill. The First Gift of Christmas Collaboration Box features four indie polishes, plus some extras, for the wonderful price of $40. The theme is The Polar Express. Let's check it out!

The box comes packaged with adorable red velvet bag for each maker's contribution.

Ever After Body Bath Dust in Warm Hot Cocoa is one of the extras provided - indeed it smells like the real deal and will provide you with a moisturizing, chocolately scented bath (or several mani soaks).

Ellagee includes a cute silver bell and candy which fits the theme of her polish.

Frenzy Polish provides a mini bottle of their quick drying top coat.

Ellagee The Bell Still Rings for Me is a sparkly silver foil with silver holographic micro shard glitters. This could be a top coat in one thin coat, or layered to opacity in two to four thicker coats. It is really smooth spreads evenly. This went straight on as a pedi for me!

Ever After Polish Believe works as either a topper in one coat, or layered to opacity in three to four coats. It has gold holographic microglitter, as well as larger red and green holo glitters. It is surprisingly smooth for such a glitter packed polish, and was almost glassy on its own, but is shown here with one coat of top coat.

Frenzy Polish To the North Pole, of Course! has blue and indigo microglitters and gold flakes in a midnight blue base. It has a wonderful formula, worn here in two thin coats. It is very opaque and has no propensity for staining at all.

Girly Bits Hot! Hot! Hot! has scattered holo as well as gold, red, and purple microglitters in a cocoa brown base. I am wearing it here in three thin coats, but two are enough. This does dry slightly textured and I wore it with top coat. Great formula, not too thick or thin.
