OPI Nail Lacquer Starlight Collection Swatches and Review, Part 2

I'm back with three more shades from the OPI Nail Lacquer Starlight Collection, sent to me via Preen.me. My last post had some *adventuresome* glitters in it, but this post has some more classic shades. Let's check them out after the break...

I Drive a Supernova is a silver metallic that has two sizes of shimmers in it. It is very smooth and quick-drying, shown here in two thin coats. It is key with a polish like this to use thin coats and straight strokes in order to avoid brushstrokes. As you can see, it is possible to get a really smooth foil effect with that technique.

No More Mr. Night Sky is a gunmetal jelly with silver shimmer flakes and a hidden red shimmer. That red shimmer is the magic ingredient that makes it appear with a pink tinge in some light. Very creative and effective! I wore this in four thin coats for maximum depth, but two would be enough.

Ro-man-ce on the Moon was probably my favorite from the collection because I just cannot resist glow-from-within shimmers, particularly when they come in the form of a dark crimson red! This one has a good formula, but it is best to be careful around the cuticles as it flow freely and will stain dry skin (though not the nail). I am wearing two thin coats here.

If you missed it, you can see my first post here. I will have one more coming up to show you some nail art using these polishes! How do you like these compared to the last set?
