Polish Pickup is a Facebook group and pop up shop that involves indie polish and craft makers producing items based on themes voted in by the group. Heather's Hues Sparkle Specialist is named for the outfit skin of the same name in the game Battle Royale. It is a blue-to-magenta duochrome shimmer with holo shimmer and microflakes and multichrome flakes. I wore it in four thin coats (three will cover) on its own and also one coat over black for a different effect. It has a great formula and dry time. Even though it sparkles like mad, don't worry, the texture is completely smooth to the touch!
