Colores de Carol Balloon Dog was originally from April 2019 Great Works of Art. It is inspired by Jeff Koons' Balloon Dog which is a metallic sculpture with different variants with colored lacquer finishes. This polish channels the look perfectly! It is a dark orange-red metallic multichrome with red-to-gold shift, and multichrome iridescent flakes of the same color. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will cover. It has a nice, quick-drying formula with minimal brushstrokes. It did stain my nails a red-orange shade after wearing it for a full mani. The staining was mostly gone by the second day after a polish change, but still visible - it is the kind of staining that will fade over time or that can be buffed out.
