Grace-full Nail Polish Happily Ever After Collection Swatch and Review, part 1

Remember my posts here and here about the Grace-full Nail Polish Holo Brights Collection? These are rich jewel-toned holos with copious microflakes for sparkle. Well, I have their pastel counterparts for you today, the first of two posts about the Ever After Collection (second post here)! As before the polishes perform perfectly and I can whole-heartedly recommend them for your sparkly holo needs. More after the break...

The Polished Hippy - I Trust Indies

A few days ago I featured two of my first indies, A England Saint George and Enchanted Polish Cranberry Cosmo. I have been a dedicated indie customer for over three years now, and in the spirit of celebrating indie polish, I thought I would share just a few of the brands I have worn and photographed over the last year. This is by no means a comprehensive listing. There are many, many more indies I love and purchase from regularly. I hope you enjoy a sampling of the beauty that indies have brought to my life recently - links to individual reviews can be found by clicking the polish name. Please check out the other bloggers sharing their trust of indie polish on the links at the bottom of the post!

Ever After Polish LE Back to School Duo! Swatches and Review

Ever After Polish has a new LE Back to School Duo for sale now, and I've got to say, this might be one of their best releases yet. Well, I'm biased because I love vampy darks, holo, and flakes. This set has all of the boxes checked. Let's check them out after the break...

My First Indie Nail Polishes - A England and Enchanted Polish

I have a very special post to share today with a group of other bloggers - our first indie nail polishes! To me, this represents the celebration of a wonderful hobby, along with the friendship of the great women and men I have met along the way.  It's a delight to look back at 2012 when I first bought indies and reminisce. Join me after the break....

The Polish Bar Late Summer 2015 Collection, neon holos

I'm back with the neon holos from The Polish Bar's Late Summer 2015 Collection. (If you missed the crelly glitters from the collection you can see them here.) While we have seen a lot of neon holos this summer, these have a few interesting effects that make them special! The formulas were universally smooth and they have a plush, jelly effect, with additional larger holo particles in both silver and gold that make them extra sparkly! Check them out in detail after the break...

The Polish Bar Late Summer 2015 Collection, glitters

The Polish Bar has a vacation-themed Late Summer 2015 Collection out, and today I have the glitter polishes for you! (The neon holos will be on the blog soon.) These are classic, old-school light crellies with a delicate, soft finish. The are all easy to manage, non-streaky, and have a nice glitter payoff in two-to-four thin coats (shown here with four very thin coats). Let's check them out after the break...

Marbles For Polish holographic and flake toppers

Today I have holographic and flake toppers from Marbles For Polish to share with you - these release on Friday along with four cremes which I reviewed earlier. They are wonderfully versatile, and work on their own as well as toppers, so I show them both ways, using cremes from the upcoming release. All of them dry quickly and are easy to handle - plenty comes out with just one coat, but not enough to overwhelm the base color or apply unevenly. Let's check them out...
