Smokey Mountain Lacquer Fall Collection 2014, part 2

Today I've got the second half of Smokey Mountain Lacquers' Fall Collection 2014. This batch includes two smooth shimmers, a metallic, and a divine shimmer/fleck jelly. Also, until Monday 9/1 at 9PM EDT you can get full sizes of any of these for only $5. Check them out after the break!

Ohh Fudge! has a wonderful mix of colored shimmers peeking out from the brown base. The formula is perfect, smooth and opaque. I'm wearing three thin coats here but you could definitely get away with just two. Chocolate brown and red shimmer. Three coats.

Pizzazz is a translucent gold that reminds me of the plush-looking finishes on gel polishes. I would almost call it a jelly, but I have never heard of a metallic jelly before. If one exists, this would be it! Great formula and nice effect. Sheer antique gold metallic shimmer. Four coats.

Royal Flush takes me down memory lane back to a late 1970s Avon polish that was one of the first I ever wore. I think I still have that one in a box at my mom's place!  This one has a nicer formula than any of the vintage polishes of that era and is quite flattering on my pale, warm complexion. There were a few dark specks that appear in my close ups, but those are not visible to the naked eye when you wear the polish. Terra cotta pink with silver shimmer. Three coats.

I'm thinking Un-teal The End might be my favorite polish from this collection.  I love teals, jellies, and shimmer flecks, and this one pushes all those buttons. It is juicy and opaque in three to four coats and just glows.  Perfect formula. Gold shimmer flecks in a sheer dark teal jelly base. Four coats.

Normally Smokey Mountain Lacquers retail for $3.95 for a 5ml mini and $7.95 for a full size 15ml, but currently they are running a sale until 9/1 at 9PM EDT for full sizes at only $5.  Go and get 'em!

Smokey Mountain is made in Tennessee by husband and wife team Kim and Brent. Their formula is 5-free and is super-glossy.
